Blog #7 5/16/18

Yesterday, we learned how to bring someone down with using minimum force. In the beginning, it took me some time to even position my body correctly. I started to get a rhythm and continued to become better at it.

I also learned that if you are not using a lot of force, your mind is more clear and you are able to think. You don't have to worry about any stress.

Also in the movie Karate Girl the lesson was about connection and using your martial arts skill only for defense when you truly need to.
