Reflection Two

What I have learned today was that you have to know who to trust. In the documentary, The Smashing Machine, former MMA Champion Mark Kerr tried to surround himself with positive people that would have a good influence on him. His girlfriend did not help him at all to fight his struggles, so he had to "cut her off." What I got from this documentary is that when you are going through a rough time, only people that actually love you will stay. Sometimes you have to break away from certain people in order to succeed.
