What I learned today

Today we watched a documentary, The Way of the Warrior. It was about how people can strengthen their body parts and are able to do outstanding things like breaking multiple boards of wood with their toes and hands. We also saw people demonstrate great feats of overcoming punches, kicks, and other blows to sensitive parts of the body. The last thing we did today was work on interviews for our project presentation.
